I’m adding a new feature, just because it’s fun.  My favorite form of exercise is walking, and I do it almost every day, usually a mile or two around my suburban neighborhood. Sometimes I walk with my husband, sometimes alone. But it seems like I’m always finding odd and unusual things along the way. So I’m designating Tuesdays as my day to share those with you. Maybe they’ll inspire you, or maybe you’ll just be amused.  I hope you find them interesting!

Here’s today’s version – right here on the street where I live.  Christmas in August.  Yes, this was sitting out by the curb, with several stockings hanging from it, and some surprisingly attractive decorations. No, I didn’t take any. My Christmas tree is already loaded with decorations that have personal meaning.
