It’s fresh out of the oven and smelling divine! I always make pumpkin bread for Thanksgiving, and it always goes over well with the family. Bonus: I’ve pasted the recipe below.\u00a0 It’s surprisingly easy!<\/p>\n

Happy Thanksgiving to all my American friends and family.\u00a0 I hope you have a great day!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Pumpkin Bread<\/strong><\/p>\n

3 cups self-rising flour (or 3 cup plain flour + 4-5 tsp. baking powder and 1 tsp. salt)
\n3 tsp cinnamon
\nPinch of nutmeg
\n2 cups sugar
\n4 eggs, beaten
\n2 cups cooked, mashed pumpkin
\n1 cup melted butter<\/p>\n

Sift dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
\nForm a well in the center and eggs, pumpkin, and butter.
\nStir until moistened.
\nPour into 2 well-greased loaf pans
\nBake at 350 degrees, 45 \u2013 50 minutes.<\/p>\n
